Her combined experience in both hotel sales and third-party contracting gives her a rare dual perspective that sharpens negotiations, uncovers favorable terms, and identifies the best venues for each client’s objectives.

She founded Thallo Events to offer event leaders a more strategic, agile alternative to traditional planning agencies—one that prioritizes relationships, fairness, and measurable ROI. Meredith Pizzurro is an experienced travel and meetings planner with a strong background in producing large-scale events and highly curated guest experiences. She has supported the planning and execution of weekly events hosting up to 10,000 attendees, as well as major annual conferences welcoming more than 50,000 guests.

In addition to large-scale production, Meredith brings a refined, guest-first perspective from her time at Quintessentially, where she specialized in bespoke travel planning and lifestyle management for high-net-worth clients.

Her work included coordinating luxury accommodations, dining, transportation, and exclusive experiences tailored to individual preferences.

Blending operational expertise with thoughtful hospitality, Meredith delivers seamless travel and event experiences that feel polished, personalized, and exceptionally well-managed.
